“Staffs are kind and helpful. The location is good for us, 10-15 minutes walking time to train station and coast. The surrounding area is very convenient, you can find bakery, restaurants, shops and tram station. The building itself is not new but interior is quite ok. Generally, it's a nice place to recommend!”

“Incredibly good value,very pleasant and helpful staff.Although didn’t get chance to use there is a nice looking swimming pool for residents use.Essential for us from the UK there is a kettle and some tea bags etc.Additional bonus,free(soft )drink at the bar for each guest ”

“The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly……
