“The staff was either a 10/10 or a 1/10, with no middle ground. Eighty percent of the staff was 10/10, with 20% probably the worst I've experienced. An example is waiting for dining service with only one other person in the dining area. After waiting an extended amount of time and going to find a server, they help a table first that just seated themselves, making you wait longer. In total, am hour spent just waiting or trying to get the attention of the sitting and socializing staff. ”

“We vacation in South Padre Island at least once or twice a year and we almost always rent this condo when it’s available during the time we want to come down. The host is very attentive to any needs that might occur. The biggest bonus for us is that they are pet friendly and we always vacation with our two dogs. There is plenty of room to spread out in the condo and the pools are always very clean, property is well kept. Tiki staff have always been very friendly as well. Exterminators even came……
