“The lady who checked us in Crystal was so nice! She accommodated our request for a first floor room with two queen beds. We had a nice conversation about her cat Jacks (Boots) she got for her Mom when her Mom’s dog got hit by a car. Crystal is very special - please keep her and have her train others!”

“It was a good stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Jacksonville - Beach Blvd/Mayo Clinic. Staff were good and friendly. The location was great. The negative side I found was that the hotel’s interior looked boring and dull.”
