“Check in was super quick and easy , staff was friendly and informative also recommended the outdoor fire pit for night time activity. Pool was immaculate and really pretty with plenty of new lounge chairs to lay in Room was a kitchenette with very new top of the line renovation. Breakfast was good with steady flow of refills on available breakfast items. It is like 3 minutes from beach access and pricing was decent for the room. Will be back !! Happy guest !!”

We found this hidden gem and are so happy we booked it! This is located in a super cool historic community across the river from downtown Jacksonville. “I’ve been traveling to Jacksonville for business and I ended up bringing my family with me for the week we stayed here. The unit was very clean and the property manager was great to work with. The unit is right next to the club house and has a lot of space. The beds were very comfortable compared to other Vrbo properties my family and I have stayed at previously. We were able to enjoy the pool, though it is a bit of a trek to if you walk, about a 15 minute walk from the unit. The people we met……
