“Everything was great. It was clean, service was wonderful. My only dislike was that we had a reservation for a king bed suite but we got a handicap room and we are not disabled. Because of this we couldn’t take a bath in the room because they had it shower only. Not sure why we got that type of room. Other than that it was great!”

“We checked in at 11pm, the front desk was new and it took nearly two hours to check us in, and we didn't check in until 1am. We booked a king-size double bed, and the hotel gave us a double bed room. When we went to the front desk to negotiate, the front desk said that they didn't have the room we booked, and only had a double room with two beds left, which seriously affected our mood for the date. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.”
