“Needed a place close to Bayou Music center and it was perfect. Was a little noisy as I was close to the fire doors and stairwell. And every time someone flushed their toilet there was a very startling noise. But the price, location and comfy beds were worth it. I think I’ve found my go to place to stay for downtown Houston.”

“This place is absolutely gorgeous and clean. The manager is very patient, professional and polite. I will recommend this establishment to family and friends, coworkers as well. Large, clean, comfortable apartment. Easy check in and very reasonable rates!!! I love it!!!”

“The home is nice but needs a little attention. The floor is missing pieces and needs to be replaced. The balcony upstairs is sinking and has bad boards than need replacing. The beds are comfortable but the couch needs replacing. It was a nice visit. ”

“This was an interesting property. The house’s architecture was a bit quirky, but it grew on us over time. We would have appreciated it if the backyard was maintained a bit better, we had to dig out the leaf blower and cleaned some of it ourselves and there was a broken lounge chair on the loft terrace. Other than that the place made for a fun stay. ”
