“House in a great location. Away from the city but a short drive to the city. Beach access 7 about a mile away and has free parking and beach access. Big beach area. House is spacious and enjoyable. Pool great though it would have been nice if it was heated. A third shower in the house would have been nice.”

“The location was the best and the view perfect. The place was very comfortable and modernized. Had everything we needed right where it was needed. Highly reccomend.”

“Stay wasn’t horrible but not the best. House needs some maintenance and a good deep clean. The tub in the main restroom is cracked and is leaking downstairs. It has already caused a whole in the foundation. Not long before someone falls through. Knobs were falling off doors/ kitchen cabinets. Some beds felt as if they had sand on them. “The check in was smooth and if you need to communicate with anyone they responded fast. It was a great location the rooftop has an amazing view. We overall loved our stay. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable and we love the bathroom, the tub is big enough for 2 and a huge shower. I would totally recommend this place for anyone that is visiting Houston. Also very close to downtown Houston!! ”

“The only negative things I can say is that the porch swing shown in pictures is missing, there are only two showers instead of three (one bathroom is a tub only and the pictures are misleading) and if you want a group picture of your guests on the large deck from outside the house, there are boards missing which makes the house look uncared for. “Place was very very clean and well maintained. Pool was so nice, neighborhood was quiet and was super easy to access the beach and town. ”

“This place is a gem - clean, neat, smells good, everything there that we needed and right on the beach! We spent more time on the veranda looking at the ocean and listening to the surf than we did inside the house. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Checkout was detailed and easy. “Perfect for a big family vacation if you wanna be close to the beach, it’s only a few steps away to the walk over bridge and You have a view of the ocean from the deck dice for sitting during the day and evening. Ice cream shops a few steps away that was a nice bonus. Also a few steps away as a beach bar and Grill, which had entertainment going on very nice to just stroll down the beach. Have a bite to eat.
