“My first time in Moab, and our choice in VRBO lent to a great experience. We appreciated the layout, warm decor and everything from smart tv and Sonos to the fresh clean hot tub that we enjoyed nightly. Other reviews complained about upstairs noise (which can’t be controlled by the owner) however we didn’t experience this and overall it was a very quiet area. Tyler was extremely pleasant and prompt with communication. If I had to be completely fair and honest, the only thing we can’t rate 5 of 5……

“We had a great stay and pleasantly surprised by how large the living area and kitchen were. We were in moab for a bike race, so we really appreciated the large garage that also had about six or seven cruiser bikes. We had everything we needed. The location is right downtown, and we could walk to main street. We would stay again!”

“Approx 4 hours from SLC airport, approx 6 mins to downtown moab. 30 mins- Arches, 45 to Canyonlands and 2.25 to Capitol Reef. Place smelled clean when we arrived - 2 rooms and a larger full bathroom upstairs. Kitchen /living room /smaller bathroom(toilet & standing shower) Easy to find /park. Glad it had a garage. Pretty views. Only reason not a 5* is appliances were a little outdated and shower in lower bathroom was smaller than a cruise shiBonus points for for udownstsirs. ”

“The condo was in a perfect location, only about 10 minutes outside of downtown Moab which made visiting the nearby national parks much easier. The condo did look like the photos and getting to enjoy the pool and hot tub was nice though it was often completely overrun by children who were not being watched by their parents. We really enjoyed our stay overall but were slightly disappointment with the cleanliness of the unit and the kitchen. There was one jar of salt and one other seasoning but……

Details like dim lights above the bed for reading, power strips on each side of bed screwed to headboard for easy access to plugs. “Very accurate listing. Perfect place for a couple with kids. Short walk to a grocery store and a few restaurants, and short drive to downtown.
