“Everything we needed, beautifully organized and welcoming!”

“We had our blended family of 20 stay midweek. Every family had their own private bathroom. There were two TV rooms. The kids played downstairs and adults watched TV upstairs. The kitchen had a wonderful gas range and two ovens so cooking for everyone was easy. The pool was very relaxing and a great addition for the kids. They loved swimming at night and the way the pool had colored underwear lights that changed color. The only downside was how the thick sand was walking out to the beach. Most……

“Just returned from a week's stay at this safe and serene beach house overlooking the lush green dunes. The listing description was spot on and we found the layout of the house ideal for our family of four (1 yr old and 3 year old). We had enough space to invite 4 others for a few nights too - the house is comfortable for 6-8 people easily. The kitchen, dining, and living room was spacious and well equipped. Wifi and TVs were great. We loved the balconies, especially off the bedrooms……

“Great Value for an oceanfront home on quiet street. Property was clean, well maintained and conveniently accessible to beach (10 min walk) plus path is behind house. Description was accurate, great ocean views from 2 & 3 floor decks, dune view from first floor. Lots of windows and large sliding doors which were heavy for young kids to open/close. Ken the owner was very easy to communicate with and helpful in getting us settled. He provided beach chairs, cart and umbrella so less for us to pack……

“Our overall stay was excellent. Few issues…living room furniture was very old, uncomfortable and not too clean. The porch door was extremely difficult to open and close. The shower door between bathrooms leaked when shower was in use. Excellent location and very friendly people all around. We will definitely recommend staying here, it is absolutely budget friendly!”
