“The townhouse was clean and comfortable, and walking distance from snow summit, which was exactly what we were looking for. A couple notes I’d suggest to add to arrival instructions to make it easier on the guests… when you arrive the GPS will likely lead you the exit of the Snow Summit parking lot which has a sign saying Do Not Enter. When I saw this I made a left to go down the one available street which leads you to the entrance of the parking lot, which then I had to wait with all the other……

“My partner and I really enjoyed our relaxing stay at this condo. Even the folks in the building were friendly. We appreciated Rick‘s prompt responses to our questions as newbies- This was our first VRBO stay as opposed to hotels. We had the pool to ourselves during our stay which was nice. At dusk, I captured this great sunset shot from our balcony. Rick had everything we could have possibly needed. Just wish we could have taken the steam shower home with us! “My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights (road trip to CA for college graduation present!) and had a wonderful stay. The property is gorgeous, the host was great with communication (prompt and helpful). We wish we could have stayed longer! We enjoyed the pools, walking around the property seeing all the different fountains, the grapefruit trees!, the butterflies, birds (we even saw a humming bird!), bunnies and a couple little lizards. The hammocks were fun! We came in to La Quinta from……
