“Our family of four greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful farmhouse. The surrounding area is very rural, so it is an incredibly peaceful place to stay. About a 30 minute drive from Winona, La Crosse, and other cities with plenty of things to do. The house had everything we needed. I only wish the weather had been a bit better so we could have fully enjoy the outdoor spaces. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay for a family looking to enjoy this beautiful area of southeastern……

“We enjoyed our time over Thanksgiving. The house is nicely set up with lots of sleeping areas as well as adequate living/dining area. We enjoyed most of the country feel. Communications with the host were promptly answered. They even bought a crock pot for our use.”

“Oak Meadow Farmhouse was a nice place to stay. We wanted someplace large enough to sleep 11 women and yet within driving distance of hiking and bicycling trails. We had both. The house was musty smelling when we arrived but opening windows took care of that. We enjoyed playing games around the large table, walking around the grounds, and sitting outside enjoying the breeze. Dan stopped by to answered questions and to see if we needed anything which was nice. The home had what we needed for……

“Property is as listed. It is a fully operational farm so keep that in mind. We went up for a race weekend @ Deer creek speedway. Does offer amenities including washer, dryer, toaster, stove/oven, and refrigerator. Pull out sofa along with some cots. Shower and toilet, it is also equipped with ac/heat. Does have a barn available ( more or less camping ). Would visit again. ”

“6 adults utilized the rental and we were very satisfied. House had what we needed for cooking cleaning and sleeping. TV had a subscription package and the living room had seating for everyone. Very good set up for our needs. ”

“Needed a place for 2 couples and 3 singles, worked out great. We had 3 boats which had easy parking. Short drive to town with a nice marina to put in each day. The house was very nice with all of the needs met. We hope to be back. ”
