“I had a wonderful stay in WPB at Andrew and Laura's place. It is IDEALLY located just steps away from the intercoastal and very short drives to any location in the Palm Beaches. Very quiet and safe and the apartment is nicely appointed with some extra recreation perks as well (bikes, tennis equipment, and more). The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever had in a rental unit. Plenty of space for a couple or single. Check in and out was simple and communication with Andrew was excellent……

“I cannot say enough about this property and the owners! The place is beautiful and perfect for a group. Each bedroom is spacious and shared space is perfect for spending time together both outdoors and indoors! So many options for amenities available. The owners were extremely kind and communicative, starting with a personal welcome and tour! We had the best stay and highly recommend this experience! ”

“Nice location and nice house. Outside area was our favorite. Just a few hiccups like half bath wasn’t usable and electrical outlet in Jack and Jill bathroom wouldn’t work (even after resetting it) but overall good stay. ”

“Before booking I told the host we lived in a quiet, rural area and asked if the house was in a calm area. He assured me it was. This house is betwen the runway and Trump's heliocopter pad. Impossible to sit outside due to noise.That lack of transparency relates to the sad condition of the house. Doors off hinges etc.It's a shame as the house has good bones.”

“The house was amazing. Lots of room to spread out. There were 4 couples in our group. Just as described with one exception. There was only a large soaking tub in one of the upstairs primary bedrooms. The description listed four showers and there were only 3. The addition of a hand held sprayer would have helped in the soaking tub. I would have given this all 5 stars if the showers had been as described. The host was very responsive and check in and check out were very smooth and seamless. ”

“We recently enjoyed a 4 night 5 day stay at the Royal Palms Estate. The house is exactly as pictured and did not disappoint. The house is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the backyard especially the pool. The pool was slightly smaller than I expected but we still enjoyed it. The property manager was very responsive to communications and easy to work with. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay at the The Royal Palms Estate again. The location was great and convenient……
