“This has to be the nicest property we have stayed at in Portland to date. We have traveled to PDX for 5-6 months of total cumulative stays over the years, but had never tried this hotel. To say we were delighted and impressed is an understatement! The staff, first and foremost, are world class, friendly and attentive. They have a way of making you feel like the only person in the hotel, even if they are helping dozens of people each day! The room, wow. We stayed in the premier corner king……

“It was very good. The only thing I didn’t like was that the shower was not part of the bathroom, it was just completely open with no sort of privacy. The bed was right next to it and there was no frosted glass or anything. ”

“We have stayed at your hotel several times, in part because the staff is so friendly, especially to our dogs! In particular, Mr. Horowitz, the bell captain who parks and retrieves our car, is always helpful and friendly. The bar is also fun and the cocktails inspired.”

“This is the 2nd time starting here. The first was great so when we were passing through we thought we'd try it again. So far so good. We did forget that there are no refrigerators in the rooms- at least not in our room. Not that big of deal but we had leftover lunch. Location is great- walkable everywhere. Downtown has improved quite a bit-iykyk.”
