“We had a great stay at the Omni! The hotel was clean and in a very convenient location. Self-parking was simple, just a few steps away in the garage. We did have an issue with the iron not getting hot, but when we called the front desk, they immediately brought up a new one. We also requested a refrigerator since the room didn’t include one, and they brought it up quickly and let us keep it for our entire stay, which was a huge plus. Another big highlight was that they allowed us to check in……

“Me and my went to have some alone time at the bar and pool which neither was available per the manager they have informed you guys of the amenities not being available for what i oaid i could have went somewhere where i get it all. Parking only had valet there wasnt any other option due to them closing in two weeks smh ”

“The staff was so friendly and helpful. Wanted to stay an extra night just because everyone was so accommodating ”

“Beautiful hotel, very clean. Loved the valet parking. The pool and bar area were a plus. Definitely will be staying here again when returning to Houston. ”
