“Cozy, Quiet and close to everything is exactly what you get with this place. A very comfy place to hang out. The neighbors (aka owners) are really nice people. The whole weekend was relaxing and enjoyable. The bed really comfy :) We walked to town for groceries, breakfast, everything we needed was within a couple of blocks. The list of places to eat was the best I have ever seen in a rental, loved the personal comments about the places to choose, very helpful if someone was not familiar……

“Put address in my GPS and sent to an empty field in Eagle miles away. Wife's showed two, that one and real one. Suggest add Boise street address.Great place if you want break from chains. Kayaks, small lake, rural setting in city.”

“This location is amazing. Walkable to anything in the Boise downtown area. It is a great apartment with beautiful views. The elevator is a little testy at times, but otherwise a really great spot to enjoy the downtown area.”

“It was a small basement apartment not comfortable to hang out in but was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it was well stocked. A perfect place to sleep. The owner stocked a basket with snack goodies that was very much appreciated. Will definately stay there again.”
