“We had a wonderful stay at this cozy spot near Shawnee National Park! The views were absolutely beautiful, and the peaceful setting made for a perfect getaway. “Wonderful place to getaway from the city. My family spent Thanksgiving here. The owner notified us our cabin was having issues with wifi so she upgraded us to a bigger one with a hot tub. The wifi was still a bit touch and go at first but it was raining and they use satellite. Make sure to print out directions so you can get in and out with ease. Cell reception is almost none existent. But if your trying to get away , you have found the perfect spot! ”

“The owners definitely undersell this place in their listing - it was perfect for what we needed! A quiet location at the end of a private drive, surrounded by the woods, was a great location for a relaxing trip away from the city. Charlie and Audrey also provided great tips on where to rent a boat for the Lake, as well as a list of nearby bait shops, stores and places to grab some grub. We’d definitely be willing to stay here again! ”

“This cute house was amazing! Had everything you could think of from the kitchen to the bathroom (B&BW products a definite plus!) Only "negatives" are there's no dishwasher & there's no curtains on the full glass backdoor, kitchen window & partial glass front door. No worries though as we covered each one during our stay & washed to few dishes we used by hand. Excellent stay, quiet neighborhood. Can't wait to return!”
