“We booked a "studio with 2 queens." No A/C, but windows open a bit. High/low in-room temps were 76/72°F in our east-facing room w/ no afternoon sun. Cool/cold evenings w/ some wind-plan accordingly! Underground parking, & central, well-lit, above-ground parking. The main building has the complimentary spa amenities: pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, & locked bike/ski storage, restaurant, game/library room, etc. Our room had newly remodeled everything. “The rooms at this hotel are wonderful. The bed was so amazingly comfortable I fell asleep almost immediately and the pillows were perfect. I was excited to try the breakfast as it got such good reviews, but there was a long line already at 6:30 due to the Hotshots stating there but that was awesome. We just didn’t want to wait around too long. Had to get on the road. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it. ”

“Older condo, no AC but cool even in summer, not fancy but cozy, clean and you can't go wrong at Brian head for summer or winter. The hot tub/pool was nice, security on site, and the owner had thought of everything we could need. more than 4 would be really tight. ”
