“We stayed in this cozy cabin with our family of four. Perfect size and right on the river. Unfortunately we were hoping for some good fishing but the river was high due to rains the week before. We did enjoy the Elk River Trails nearby and a beautiful drive down to Fayetteville. Ashley responded very quickly and was easy to stay in touch with. The neighbor was very nice and helped out if we needed anything. We didn’t have animals but know they are allowed here. The cabin could be cleaned more……

It was comfortable, clean, welcoming, and felt like home. There are great trails on the property that are well marked and maintained. The small lake is invites one to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. A true gem of a place.”

“The property was tricky to get to. Apple Maps got us almost all the way there, then the owner’s VERY helpful information packet got us the rest of the way there! The owners thought of almost everything! I loved the laid back vibe that they had too, which just set the right tone for the weekend. We were celebrating a milestone birthday, so we wanted somewhere we could do lots of activities without bothering neighbors, and this place was perfect for that! My sister and I In our mid sixties are from Logan wva we wanted a memory trip a step back in time no disappointments there swinging on the porch looking and looking at the mountains felt like I was visiting family. If your looking for somewhere for your kids to step back in time what a treat. You. Can feed the chickens watch the ducks walk to barn or just be outside Fire.pit hot dogs and roast……
