“Nice, polite staff. Very clean and quiet. They would benefit from having a big hotel sign on the Michigan side so drivers can see clearly from the street or on the facade of the building above the front entrance. Wish the car parking situation was clearly described online. Parking is available across the street or a few blocks away in the convention center, but it’s not free of charge for hotel guests. In the other words, the hotel does not have a parking garage; there is parking near by and……

“Family friendly hotel for a Duluth/Lake Superior weekend getaway. Very accommodating and located on a nice quiet strip next to the lake. ”

“Our stay was almost perfect. The facilities, amenities and location were outstanding. We were on the second floor and not there for a wedding, so we had loud music below us all three nights until 11:00PM. The people in the room next to us had a dog that would bark occasionally but that happens with pet friendly hotels. If you don't go to bed until 11:00PM it's a perfect hotel.”

“This hotel was so clean, I thought it was brand new! But nope…3 years old. Sadly the pool was under maintenance. But they were fixin’ on it when we left. Just poor timing for us. Loved the hotel. Highly recommend. ”
