All the little details that were in this place showed how much care and attention they put in this place. “This was a great getaway. Julia was super accommodating. We had a fabulous time. Robbie (her horse) was super friendly and such a character. He heard me outside bbq and came to the fence to greet me. Of course he got a treat (Julia provides them). It was super clean too. Definitely returning. Beautiful area.”

“The property is very close to Sequoia National Park, which is what we wanted. We traveled as a family of five (2 parents, 3 kids), and the space was perfect! The kids loved the loft, and my husband and I had our own room to relax in. Everything we needed was there so we could cook or meals in the morning and evening when we weren't at the National Park. “Comfortable bed and roomy cabin and very quiet. The location was great for visiting the Sequoias, maybe a 10 min drive to the gate. Well stocked kitchen and cabin. Everything you need for your stay. It was nice and cool inside when we arrived. Quick response from our hosts whenever we had a question. There we no sidewalks to walk around the town at night, but this is true of the whole town of Three Rivers as far as I could tell. We had a great stay. I would not hesitate to stay again. The……

“We were happily surprised with our rental. We didn’t know what to expect and were quickly charmed by this little farm house. It had many updates and yet, many original features. It is nestled among other little farms and yet, within 5-10 minutes of a grocery store. The host provided plenty of towels, bedding and amenities that were helpful to our stay. We went to the lake and sequoias, but also enjoyed a few walks in the evening. There were plenty of animals corralled at neighboring farms, but……

“This was a little slice of magic as our base for visiting Sequoia. A heads up that being less than 10 miles from the park actually means that it'll take you an hour of switchback driving to get to the General Sherman tree, but the drive up (and back) is spectacular as you get up into the mountains. The house is well put together, and there were nice touches like having dishwasher tablets ready to go, and plenty of coffee pods.
