“Very quite and the view from the kitchen is great the place is roomy and has a big kitchen and was mostly clean, we would definitely stay again. The only issue we had is they have it advertised that the hot tub was ready and usable, they ended up telling us it was unavailable, other then that not a bad place to stay for a few nights. ”

“The property is spacious, beautiful, very close to the river, and close to the entrance of Sequoia National Park. Check in was very easy. Owner communicates really fast. The place has two fireplaces, a full kitchen - equipped with what you need. The location is very relaxing as you can hear the sound of the river while you eat breakfast and while you sleep. Will definitely go back. ”

“THE COTTAGE WAS PERFECT FOR MY HUSBAND AND I AND OUR SON AND HIS FAMILY. THE KITCHEN WAS WELL EQUIPPED AND THE DECOR WAS WONDERFUL. THE GRANDKIDS ESPECIALLY LOVED THE YARD. THE WEDDING WAS AT THE SPRINGVILLE RANCH WHICH IS JUST A FEW MINUTES AWAY. THIS WAS THE PERFECT PLACE TO STAY TO BE NEAR THE VENUE. THANK YOU FOR AN ADORABLE PLACE!”

“We were happily surprised with our rental. We didn’t know what to expect and were quickly charmed by this little farm house. It had many updates and yet, many original features. It is nestled among other little farms and yet, within 5-10 minutes of a grocery store. The host provided plenty of towels, bedding and amenities that were helpful to our stay. We went to the lake and sequoias, but also enjoyed a few walks in the evening. There were plenty of animals corralled at neighboring farms, but……

“It was great and everything you need is there. I had a wedding to attend and there was plenty of room and space for the group I was with. ”

“When we got there we had to clear spider webs off the doors to open them up. (That should have been a clue) It was hot a stuffy in the house, but they left fans since there is no air conditioning (thank you). When we got everything opened up it cooled down pretty well. we arrived kind of late, so we started dinner and let the kids play in the game room. around 8pm my daughter went to get the kids and a few inches from my 10-month-old grandson was a large black widow spider. “The property was very well maintained and very clean! It had plenty of natural light and the lighter color paints throughout helped brighten the place up. Beds were comfy as well as the living room sofa. Driveway was a little tricky for parking if you don't use the owner's suggestion. Property has all the pots, pans and cooking utensils to make your own meals as well as some condiments.”
