A heads up that being less than 10 miles from the park actually means that it'll take you an hour of switchback driving to get to the General Sherman tree, but the drive up (and back) is spectacular as you get up into the mountains. “Perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Sequioa National Park. It’s clean, recently remodeled with all new windows and bath shower. Well stocked for barbecuing or just eating in. Five minutes from grocery and fast food options. Farmhouse theme is perfectly set. Streaming services struggled to flow with the WiFi though. AIl in all though, it was a great place to stay ”

“We loved this home. Check-in was easy. It has soooo many outdoor seating areas. It’s super cozy and beautifully decorated. One note is that one of the rooms doesn’t have a door. Which wasn’t a big deal for us, but may be for some. The shower is small with a low ceiling, so it’s a little scrunched but, again, this wasn’t an issue for us. "Waked by the sound of Fire Alarm at about 4:20 in the early morning. It was happened in the ground floor while my room was at the 3rd floor. Though fire fighters were about to leave, I could not find any reason to go back to my bed. Like many other guests, I left too, it was only 5 am."
