“The property is very nice. It's apparent a lot of upgrades have been made and more to come. Heck, there's even tissues throughout the house which you don't find many places. The only pick I have is that steps leading down to the house were barely cleared of snow/ice and very difficult and dangerous to negotiate with suitcases. I shoveled them myself the next day.”

“Our family loved our stay at Snow Diggs while we skied at Timberline. Just a minute away from the slopes. The house had so many bath towels I never had to do a wash. The kitchen was equipped with every utensil I needed. Having the washer and dryer on the first floor was so convenient too. Our family of 4 was super comfortable in this rental.”

“Cons: With service fees etc, cost over $1000 per night between Christmas and New Years. Driveway is very long and downhill to the house. Kitchen drawers and some cabinets were extremely overfilled and cluttered. Downstairs bathroom was clean but smelled bad, emanated to whole downstairs. Things like carpet, kitchen pans, some light fixtures were worn / wonky. Pros Hand, dish, and laundry soap included; paper towels, toilet paper too. Plenty of extra towels available. Fireplace was nice and……

“Our family of four stayed for two nights and used this as a home base for a skiing at White Grass, tubing at Canaan Valley Resort, and hiking at Blackwater Falls State Park. The home was well-appointed, and the hosts were very welcoming... they live right next door and are available to help if needed. The home is full lovely antique furniture and was very comfortable for us. Love that they are dog friendly!”
