“I really liked this facility. The rooms were clean and spaceous. The reception was at the end of the bar which didnt work well as the staff were a little distracted. We got there in the end though. Restaurant was lovely though it closed early due to short staff. That was a blessing in diaguise as we went to a loval Italian which was amazing. The next day we went to the hitel restaurant anf i had a boss fish and chips. The sunday roast looked awesome but was far too large for me hense the……

“Overnight stop on way home. Very helpful staff. The room was small but the bathroom was a good size and was wonderfully equipped. Hotel is well situated. Claygate station is a ten minute walk with regular trains to Waterloo or by changing at Clapham Junction you can get to Victoria.”

We were greeted by the kindest receptionist, who was also there when we checked out and who went above and beyond to make our kids feel welcome and happy . The room was very well equipped, with great decor while staying conveniently with children , room service was good and breakfast the following day great too , especially the view from the restaurant. Access to the palace could not be easier , and the whole surrounding area is……
