“The entire process was convenient and friendly. As soon as she opened the door we were awe struck with the gorgeous view from every room in the house. Sun enveloped the rooms from large windows, in every room, all with drapes for evenings. The kitchen was more than adequate with dishes, cutlery and every spice you would need. The beach chairs were in fine condition and were a nice bonus. We’ve been coming to St John for years and never had such wonderful accommodations. Pack a bathing suit,……

“Beautiful paved drive up to the property dotted with flowers of all kinds and sour sop fruit outside our bedroom window. Nice amenities as we prepared fresh fish and steaks from the local market. Tile floor, wood rafters lead you to the huge screened-in back porch revealing a breath taking view of Coral Bay. Our upstairs bedroom was very comfortable so was the bed. Our upstairs bathroom had an open shower full of blooming orchids and great sunshine. The downstairs has a gas washer and dryer……

“Nice house, needs some upkeep. Many items were in disrepair and not enough towels. The master shower and dishwasher didn't work all week. There was one bath towel per person for the entire week. Location is good. Hills to walk up. House in front has a walkway that blocks some of the view and the neighbors are within earshot. Pretty partial views. The manager was friendly. ”

“Easy access from the car ferry and within walking distance to a market, restaurants and the National Park Visitor Center. Staff very welcoming, knowledgeable about the island, and very accommodating. Property provided beach towels, chairs, coolers and snorkeling gear to borrow during our stay. ”

“This was our second stay at Casa Brisa Colina. Our son and his fiancée accompanied us on this trip (they became engaged on Peace Hill). We love the property’s proximity to Cruz Bay and the North Shore beaches. Despite being close to everything, the neighborhood is quiet, especially at night. The house is airy and comfortable; Celia, the property manager, is friendly and responsive; there is off street parking for two or more vehicles; and the private pool is a welcome retreat when the beaches……

“My daughter and granddaughter were my house mates. We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of space and everything we needed for our beach trips. I would definitely stay here again. You will need to rent a Jeep ”
