“Nice house, needs some upkeep. Many items were in disrepair and not enough towels. The master shower and dishwasher didn't work all week. There was one bath towel per person for the entire week. Location is good. Hills to walk up. House in front has a walkway that blocks some of the view and the neighbors are within earshot. Pretty partial views. The manager was friendly. ”

“We were in awe when we arrived. Even at night, we couldn’t believe how beautiful our surroundings were and could not wait to see it all in the morning. Once we settled in, Catherine brought us the perfect meal after a long day of travel. We enjoyed breakfast and dinners on the Villa patio with my parents who stayed in the separate property above the cottage, which also has a pool and a full kitchen. Both properties were peaceful and enjoyable places to drink coffee in the morning and relax after……

“Very special and sweet retreat. We had a lot of fun. The teahouse itself is so well crafted! we loved the view, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen. We made dinner 5 out of 7 evenings and had breakfast several days. First visit to St. John, was not prepared for the drive up the hill to the property. We got use to it quickly, but it is a steep climb. Driving on the entire island is a challenge but worth it and kind of fun! Thanks for the beach gear and cooking supplies. On site manager was awesome……

“Easy access from the car ferry and within walking distance to a market, restaurants and the National Park Visitor Center. Staff very welcoming, knowledgeable about the island, and very accommodating. Property provided beach towels, chairs, coolers and snorkeling gear to borrow during our stay. ”
