“This is a lovely and comfortable home within walking distance of Perth. There’s a comfortable sitting room a large dining room for morning breakfast and the rooms were clean and quiet. Graham was the young man managing the property while I was staying and he was wonderful to talk to and most helpful with anything I needed. The breakfasts were delicious and had a huge array of options. I highly recommend it.”

“There is no air con and the window cannot be opened. There is no curtain near the bath tub. No staff come to clean up after 11 am. Breakfast which costs 12.5 pounds but very few choices . Small hotel not quite the same as in the advertisement. ”

“Amazing!! Just outside Perth stands this amazing manor home! The staff couldn’t be nicer and absolutely accommodating. We arrived late afternoon and asked about high tea. They were able to accommodate us. It was great!
Of all the places we stayed, we would love to come back to this one and spend a week relaxing.
In the evening we went to their restaurant/bar and enjoyed some great cocktails! The bartender was knowledgeable on her liquors and gave us a nice pour!

“Stayed here with our two dogs . Beautiful hotel in a fantastic setting, owners and staff great , breakfast fab and we ate there both nights and it was great . Brilliant beer garden at the rear we loved it here and will definitely return here with our boys . Great location for getting out and about sightseeing ”
“Très jolie place j'aurais voulu rester plus longtemps le domaines est grand avec des sentiers pour marché dans un décor idylliques avec la rivière! Une excellente cuisine et un déjeuner traditionnels écossais exquis! Un jolie bar avec une belle sélection de bons alcools (merci encore a Martin pour ses recommandations qui était délicieux) personnel très sympathique et bienveillant je recommande a tous le monde!! ”
“Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay great. The entrance area, bar and restaurant were fantastic. The rooms are dated but still acceptable. Our room needed a good clean would be my only major criticism.”
