“Rafal and his team took great care of us. Staying up late to check us in when our flight was delayed, friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast were plentiful and tasty. The beds were comfy and the rooms clean. The swimming pool was clean and well positioned in the sun. Our room over looked the bay and it was magical every morning to watch the sunrise over the bay. Great stay and would recommend to come stay.”

“Fabulous looking hotel, with a short walk to the towns centre.
Staff are very friendly and approachable, the bar was quiet but very spacious. Breakfast was a standard breakfast just how i like it.

“Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Problem with toilet was remedied immediately. Hotel could do with pool area being smartened up. Sound proofing between rooms not the best. Loud music played a few evenings but was dealt with by staff when contacted. Great location for central St Helier, easy to walk to many areas. On the whole, a great stay in Jersey.”

“Neat, tidy and spacious rooms with free full breakfast provided. In view that there is no air-conditioning in the room and guests must open the windows to get fresh air, the only drawback is that the windows are not fitted with mosquito screens.”

“Had the most surprising and wonderful stay. Great welcome from the reception team member checking us in, he could not have been any more welcoming- well done ! The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The indoor pool could do with a facelift. The outside pool just lovely and the setting is beautiful. For breakfast - loved that the hot items are a la cart and not sitting on a buffet - great ! Perfect breakfast- the service team are truly world class - only one point - why not have……
