“The staff were wonderful, and the location can't be beat. We unwound each night with a half-pint on the beautiful terrace that is set along the riverbank. The building is a lovely old hodge-podge of levels. We were at the top of it, which involves a stairs-climb that could be hard for some. There is ample parking (very welcome!). It's at the edge of the village, which meant it was a short, pleasant walk to find country lanes for an evening's stroll. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly, and would be……

We were staying in the area for a wedding, without a car it’s quite hard to get around although the hotel were really helpful with providing local taxis.
