“Our room was upgraded upon arrival to the King size bed with the ocean view, it was everything. The service was exceptional, also the views and amenities at the Hotel are Second to None.”

Front desk asking after you check in if everything is fine with the room and also checking on the night before check out. Special thanks to David and Vicki from front desk.”
