“You are paying for the view and location to the town. Very convenient and beautiful views. No bells and whistles. The restaurant on property was “fine”. The market was “fine”. Customer service was either fantastic or poor. No in between. It all depended on who you were talking to. Because we were walking downtown each day going out in boat, it was perfect. I would not stay here again. Now that I know the lay of the land, I would stay somewhere just as close, same views and more amenities for……

“T treated my family to a short weekend stay at the Kay and it was lovely. The beach was beautiful and the bar alive with guest. The room was spacious enough to enjoy the beach weekend and had the basic essentials for our short stay. However, the old-empty water fountain & pool outside were eye sores, obstructing out view of the beach. But overall the beach was beautiful and for a short family stay the price was not too bad. ”
