“The hotel was very nice and very clean. Rooms were spacious, nice bathroom, comfortable mattresses, liked everything about the room. The staff was so friendly and accommodating from the desk person, to the wait staff, bartenders. Exceptional service. 3 very nice pools. There was only one issue while we were here. The beach access. Since I have a bum knee we took the shuttle which dropped us at the Bouy House and it was a little bit of a walk to our Beach. They have an elevator which went down to……

“We actually didn’t stay here but we did book here. We ended up choosing a different hotel and Carol was kind enough to refund us after listening to our story. We had lunch at the local restaurant there and it was really good. If we ever come back to St Thomas this will be our spot.”

“its not full inclusive no vip room no café for expresso less everything no wet bar in room no room service we didn't have tissue in room I could keep going but the employees awesome the place awesome the bed awesome all inclusive NOT AWESOME”
