“Check in was easy. Owner was responsive to questions. Location is a quick walk to downtown, not far from UVA and commercial areas. The apartment was clean and had all basic amenities and some pluses. We used the hot tub and it was nice. The space/size was good for four people, but may be tight for large groups. Adjacent on street parking. ”

Small quirks to consider:* The room is on the top floor of a house converted to a small apartment building; given the building's layout & construction, I'd have worried about being audible to other guests or tenants if I hadn't been there on my own. “It was a very cozy stay, the sleeping couch also served us well :) The cooking equipment was a but sparse but definetly more than enough for cooking some pasta and eggs ;)”

“Overall this is a great spot to stay. Clean, open, modern, and close to campus. One recommendation to the management: adding dimmers to the lighting would be good - the light is a bit harsh. And also there are no lights by the bed. We would definitely stay here again but the lighting changes/additions would make it even better!”
