“Good location”

“停車位置稍小 住三樓，無電梯搬行李頗狼狽 木造建築，維護狀態尚可 浴室有加熱地板，加分 位置距鎮中心不遠， 觀光方便、「夜晚寧靜」”

“I was staying for 2 nights , the secobd night , There were some problems. 1:The light bulbs were flickering randomly in the living room, need to turn off and on for few times. 2 : I wanted to take a bath, but I wasn't sure if the blue bottle is for the bath. The receptionist came to see it, but he was not very sure as well and told me better not to use it, so i couldn't take a bath , and the next day , when I checked out , they told me oh yes it's for bath :( Feel very disappointed about……

“Opposite to the bus stop from airport and close to downtown and main pier. Room size is big. The hotel is one of the pick up locations for my Milford sound trip. Providing slippers and toothbrush is a plus.”

“As a Hostel, this place is having a very huge kitchen area. There's only one staff we felt very uncomfortable with, other staff we met were very helpful and kind. The room seems very clean. However when we were staying, there weren't any late night staff yet, when other guest weren't following with the quiet time rules, we have to deal with them ourselves. (I did complain with the front desk, but those guest wasn't good with only one reminder,,,) Anyway hostel said they will hire late night……

“the rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. most of the staff were helpful. we did encounter one staff at the reception who seemed more cool and did not bother to smile. otherwise, the staff at the activities counter were all very helpful in booking various activities.”

“It’s amazing view there. We enjoy stays there for few days….the only one thing would share is the lock box can’t open during self check in but luckily we had Savanah came to share the master key and she also present a compensation for such inconvenience. That’s good.”
