“The location and the historical look of this hotel makes it unique. Located 20 minutes from city center, very close to the beach, shopping areas and dozens of dining options are all at a walking distance. Beautiful and safe neighborhood. Special thanks to manager Mr. Kaaner, his professionalism and knowledge of the area, especially his recommendations for dining, were spot on. “We normally stay in the Sultanahmet area of Istanbul. This was our first stay in this area. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay as a family of 6. The apartment was spacious, clean and close to cafes, restaurants and other amenities. The staff were friendly and in particular Zain was really helpful and always welcomed us with a smile. Would definitely recommend. ”

“Yeni yapılmış bir otel zaten açıkçası söylenecek kötü birşey olduğunu sanmıyorum ,yataklar rahat oda tertemiz çalışanlar ilgili güleryüzlü , butik ve kaliteli kuş sesleri ile güne başlıyorsunuz ona bayıldık zaten umarım yolumuz düşerse tekrar buradayım sevgilerle ..”

“ホテルは、素晴らしかったのですが…部屋の掃除がちょっと残念でした。 5泊したのですが、初日に歯ブラシがありませんでした。このホテルクラスで歯ブラシが無いところは初めてで、かなり驚いたのですが、ホテル付近で購入しました。しかし、3日目の掃除の後に歯ブラシかセットされていました。有るなら、なぜ初めから提供してくれていないのか…バスタオルがない日もあり、電話でお願いしたのですが、30分も待ちやっと持ってきてくれました。ロビーで、バスローブが無いので、持ってきてほしいとお願いした時は、最後まで持ってきてくれませんでした。バスマットがない日もあれば、ティッシュが無くなったのに、補充してくれていない時もありました。髭剃りや、クシ等、普通のホテルに有りそうなアメニティーは何も有りませんでした。プールは大変素晴らしかったのですが、スタッフが誰一人おらず、バスタオルがどこに有るのか聞くことも、ドリンクを注文する事も出来ませんでした。スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで素晴らしかったです。私が日本人だから、イライラしただけかもしれませんね。”
