“Very poor and unkind reception attendants. Didn’t tell us anything about WiFi or breakfast or where anything was. We were traveling on vacation and this was our worst stay in the whole northeast !”

“I had a great stay. Room was very clean, and I had a comfortable sleep. I was Able to walk in town and they had a great pub. Highly recommend. ”

“The hotel is located inside the University of Maine campus, which is quiet, safe, and has convenient parking. The rooms seem to be converted from student dormitories, so the layout is different from typical hotels. The bathroom in my room was exceptionally large, almost at a luxury mansion level, and the bed was also big. The room was clean with high ceilings, but there was no desk available for use, which was somewhat inconvenient.”

“The room was very nice , staff were wonderful, the beds are high you have to boost yourself up. The outside of the building is very dated. I saw broken glass on one of the parking spots and it was Not taken care of. It would be nice if they spruce out the place outside. But I definitely would stay here again ”
