“Quem vê cara, não vê coração. Quando cheguei , não me agradou a aparência antiga do prédio. Mas, ao nele ingressar, deparei-me com um staff extremamente polido, prestativo e atencioso, que nos dispensou toda a atenção necessária, indicando as principais atrações da cidade, os principais passeios e fornecendo as informações necessário. A prestatividade já começou antes mesmo da hospedagem, pois nos foi enviada mensagem por WhatsApp indagando do que necessitaríamos e indicando a exata localização……

“property was within the palace walls and very scenic. Split gets quite crowded which I do not like. Overall I would say Croatia lacks a friendly vibe.”

“This property was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to help us and even offer help finding another hotel when we decuded to stay another night in Split and they were booked! We really appreciated all they did! ”

“Nice location - beach nearby, just a few minutes walk from the bus stop. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. The most impressive part was the hotel room - the size was big, and having the toilet and shower separate was a nice feature. Everything was great, they even provided tissue and single-use flip flops. I will definitely be back!!”

“Only issue was the noise from the restaurant in the evening. The noise travels through the stairwell and I had to call the front desk to request ‘quiet please’ at 11:45PM”
