“We arrived early and asked if we could possibly check in and fortunately we could. Nothing was too much trouble and all of the staff were very helpful. Our family joined us for breakfast the following morning and again all was good. I would definitely recommend a visit.”

“My meal on Sunday evening was the best I’ve ever had, and the service by Rula wonderful and friendly.. room was delightful and breakfast delicious hot and perfectly served. Excellent choice the only problem was when paying generally with Hotels.com I pay before I leave home and can use my Keycash points but as Mellor took funds on leaving the deputy manager didn’t know how to use my credit which would have covered my meal. She tried to phone but apparently couldn’t get through. I will be taking……

The staff are so welcoming and have time to talk to you, most important in my opinion Checking in was easy. We booked a suite and we were very happy with it as it was stylish and also had everything we could possibly need including a Nespresso coffee maker!!
