“Easy check in. Very helpful reception staff. Room was clean and well maintained. The only downer was the restaurant, where the service was a bit on the slow side. We intended to have a sweet, but after waiting for the dessert menu for 20 minutes, we called it a day and asked for the bill instead. Food we had was good though.”

“Gorgeous castle. We stayed in a beautiful, spacious carriage room. We had a lovely evening meal in Hermione's restaurant at the clubhouse followed by drinks in the Keep bar. Breakfast the next morning was so nice. Lots to do and see. We couldn't fault it. ”

“Lovely place to stay, the lodges are separate to the castle. Short walk to the main castle And beside the restaurants. Room was spacious and the bed was big. The TV system /channels and remote not very good though. We did the small spa, which was lovely. 25 per person for an hour. Breakfast was in the castle for us as we stayed in Feb, otherwise I think the lodges are in hermiones restaurant. The breakfast was lovely. ”

“The Glendalough Hotel is located near the Glendalough Monastery which makes it the perfect location for walks and discoveries of the nearby visitor attractions. It offers a unique atmosphere due to the amazing surroundings close to nature but also to the old churchyard and monasteric city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.”

“The rooms are lovely and the area is really nice would definitely stay again. Couldnt figure out how to get hot water in the shower. Twice people were giving a card to our rooms by mistake and we had to tell them to go back downstairs and explain the mistake so key card distribution needs to be worked on.”
