“Excellent location for us, and good value, but if a bit more was spent on maintenance and amenities it would be even better. First, there was no pre-emptive email explaining the access code to get in. I was standing outside the door for 10 minutes at 10 pm with a car full of tired family members while I reached out to the property manager to send the code. I had assumed that it would be sent that day, but I was busy with work then driving 6 hours to get there. Property Manager claimed the code……

“Great location and friendly hosts. More attention to deeper cleaning, maintenance, and renewing the old bedsheets would make it 5 stars. ”

“The weather was unseasonably cold. The small heater in the unit was not able to keep up. Contacted the owner and they supplied an additional heated that made it more comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.”

“The house is everything you see in the pictures—and so much more! It’s in a very quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from one of the most beautiful parks and beaches in Santa Barbara.The house has everything you could wish for and more. It’s extremely clean, comfortable, and managed exceptionally well. The only thing we realized we were missing was a blanket to sit on the couch and watch TV. We mentioned it upon arrival, and first thing in the morning, we received three super fluffy and cozy……

“The house was just as described and very clean. The hosts communicated well, easy check in. There was some traffic on the street on the weekend nights but didn’t bother us and we’d definitely recommend this cute house for a family getaway. ”

“Love that it was easy to get online , the house was perfect for 7 adults, each of the bedrooms had its own bathroom. Had plenty of towels and linen. Was only there for 2 nights, very lovely home. I would recommend it for any family with pets. I would definitely stay again. ”
