“Quisiera dejar asentado un reclamo de total y absoluta disconformidad con el alojamiento por uds ofrecido en la pagina. En tal sentido paso a informar que : 1 ) nunca contestaron mis mensajes previos a mi llegada donde les pedía cierta información explicando el tema de restricciones alimentarias que tenia mi hijo, no recibí respuesta.2) El lugar no esta preparado para tantas personas , no hay suficentes utensilios ni toallas, tampoco vasos ni platos. 3) el horno es esta en una situación……

“We traveled to Miami for our wedding with our children and grandchildren and this house was absolutely perfect. The outside amenities were amazing, the inside was clean and bright. The kitchens had all of the necessary items needed for our chef to prepare amazing meals. We all enjoyed the large pool and pool bar, as well as the sports court, trampoline, and play sets for the kids. The outside kitchen and seating area was such a beautiful space to enjoy dinners with the whole family. Nani……

“This rental house is currently for sale, which based on the state of the house it is clear the owner is not putting any effort into the upkeep of this house. The house is in poor condition, including:For a house that fits 18, there is not enough kitchenware to cook for that many people.The one pot in the house was scratched up inside and not usable. We only found one usable pan. The coffee maker had no pot, just a machine to brew coffee. The kitchen cabinets were peeling off. One of the kitchen……

“The house and all its amazing amenities were fabulous! It was clean, the check in & out process was easy, and the location was wonderful. The house was well stocked with towels and dishes but lacked a little in pots/pans & cooking utensils. We ended up having to buy an additional pot. Communication with the management company was excellent on a few issues we encountered, but the only real disappointment was that we could not use the firepit outside, which several of our guests really looked……

“House is generally clean but a little rough and dirty (walls, doors) and patio/yard needs cleaned up. Security code to open the door was too simple (anyone could guess this #) and needs to be more challenging and changed frequently. Beds were fairly comfortable, linens clean, small toiletries were a nice touch. Too cold to use the pool, but it was nice to sit by. Plenty of outdoor seating. Great location to the stadium. “Alain was great with communication and was very helpful when we had an unexpected change of plans. The house is on a quiet street and an easy drive to Biscayne and Everglades. We also drove to went to dry Tortuga from this house, but that is definitely a long day. The house itself was great and the kids loved using the pool. We visited in late march and paid for the pool heater too which I would recommend. The grill worked great for us. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and silverware. For……
