“女服務員態度不是很好，男服務員服務積極，態度很好，提出換房要求時，也能及時找到安靜的房間予以更換。因是社交旅社，每晚都有社交活動，一樓大廳每天音樂特大聲直到凌晨三點。來往的人大多很友善，一樓餐廳與附近餐廳供應餐點選擇很多，附早餐但選擇不多，通常主要提供烤bagel，優格，和飲料。”

“Loved the location. Close to some great restaurants and walking distance to the beach and shopping. Room was bright and super clean. Property was lovely and had really nice public seating areas. As a cat owner, it was enjoyable to see the cats that are being cared for, on and around the property. Adriana was quickly responsive with messaging. Would happily stay here again if ever back to Miami Beach!”

“This place is a scam. No vacancy when I arrived. I had already paid for the reservation. ”

“This location was perfect for our stay in Miami. The property was very clean, and exactly as described in the photos. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. They allowed us to check in a couple of hours early and check out an hour late. (Although I wouldn't expect that from them every time, maybe we just got lucky with our timing). The neighborhood is nice and quiet and easy to get to. No complaints at all”

“Just a little noisy cause nearby two main road, too many cars passed even at midnight ”

“In a very bad area of town. The place was run down. I didn't even stay the night. Grabbed my bags and left. Place was old and not very clean ”

“We came as a family and had a wonderful time. The check in process was an easy one with great instructions sent prior to our arrival. Once we arrived, we were sent a list of recommendations for restaurants, to ice cream shop, etc. in the neighborhood that are walking distance Which we did take the recommendation of the ice cream shop, called Azucar. The home was clean and also had helpful information right on the desk to answer our questions. They even left a frame as a gift to take home that……
