“We booked the cozy Condo the second time. Everything is great, the Check-in and parking is easy, the Beach acess with the chairs and umbrella inluded is perfect for beach days! We highly recommend und will book again :) ”

“The staff was absolutely fantastic. Everybody above and beyond. All the fees though were out of control in our mind. They were excessive. $250 per night deposit and the food was way overpriced. But the facilities itself was fantastic the kids loved it and so did my myself and my wife.”

“Had the most amazing girls trip staying at The Fontainebleau but especially in our Residence Suite. It was the perfect size for the four of us ladies with a full kitchen and living area. We had access to everything. It was perfect.”

“clean, modern, great beach, warm service, loved the mini kitchen and interesting city/beach view. disliked pool music which had painfully loud bass line that could be heard and felt across the beach--headache inducing. also two of 4 elevators intended to serve Tressor Tower were out-of-service. this created a one-way "vertical commute time" to lobby/beach of 15-20 minutes.”

“My husband and I loved our stay. The room was very clean and stocked with extra towels. The room had a perfect view of the beach and cityscape. We enjoyed the many pools and beach every day. It was busy but we managed to find 2 chairs without too much difficultly. We arrived at 10 pm and couldn't get through the front door to check in. Lucklily, another guest was able to scan us in. We had an amazing time and plan on coming bqck.”

“My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at your Fontainebleau Vrbo. It is a very nice suite with a great location. It was easy to access and we appreciated the parking convenience for our rental. I would suggest that the sofa bed mattress be replaced as it was very uncomfortable. The dryer did not work which was a minor issue. I would return to this property if the sofa bed was switched out. ”

“If you're looking for a safe place to stay next to the beach and close to great restaurants then this is it. The condo itself was clean and Dan was quick to respond to any questions I had. Definitely will be back.”

“The view was spectacular! The beds were comfortable. It was a great location to the beach, but nothing else was nearby. The pool was not aesthetically pleasing so we did not swim. The bathroom and kitchen area need updating and the refrigerator needs to either be fixed or replaced. It rattled most of the time. ”

“The spot was cozy and had all the essentials for our weekend trip to Miami. As the posting shared the street is really active, so just prepare for that. We loved how walkable the neighborhood is, it so was close to the beach and they had beach towels for us to use. I would definitely stay here again, I highly recommend it!”

“Couldn’t have been easier — we were able to enjoy everything the hotel had to offer while using our room for simple breakfasts and loving the convenience of having a parking space. Beautiful hotel and beach; easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and a park in Key Biscayne. ”

“Condo was nice however, there wasn’t enough towels for everyone and never received checkin or checkout instructions also, I contacted Claudio to get extra towels and he never responded. My family and I had to purchase extra towels otherwise the condo was nice. ”
