“I booked a king, maybe queen size bed room, but when I checked in, it's 2 single beds room, and the room is too small. The front desk didn't tell me anything about this when I checked in. That's too bad!!!”

“It was significantly better than I thought it would be. I usually prefer not to stay in mom-and-pop type hotels/motels, but this one was in the price range I like for a weekend night, so I went for it. Check in was easy and the owners were friendly. The room was clean, the bed was on the stiffer side (which I prefer), and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Additionally, the room was of decent size, the air conditioner was on the quiet side, and it had a nice-sized fridge. Not……

“The bed sheet connected to the bed is full of hair. I asked front desk to help me change the sheet, and then they gave me two sheet which is new and clean. Then I compared them, and find that the one on my bed is green, old, and dirty. The towel there is also dirty, which has soap remaining on.”
