“Loved our stay at this new boutique hotel. It’s outside of city center but only a 7min walk to the nearest train station and bus stop across the street for easy access to city center and airport. Customer service was great, everyone was very nice. It sits right on Lake Geneva with even swimming access. Highly recommend!”

“在瑞士10日，共住過5間酒店 琉森這間是最喜歡的一間 非常方便，距離琉森火車站只需5分鐘左右 這次住standard double room，房間相對是普通一點，但所需要的都有，有雪櫃，有冷氣，而且都乾淨，缺點是浴缸，如長者去，就可自行評估是否大問題，同隔音有點差，不過係戴耳塞就可解決既情度 早餐也是住過5間酒店中最豐富同好食 而最欣賞的是員工非常友善！！”

The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, which made check-in and any questions during my stay a breeze. I especially enjoyed the morning buffet. It was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The location was also a big plus. It was just a short walk from the main station, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.
