“very good: breakfast, location, quality/price, quite, service, reception, bed not perfect: room position because the curtain should be always closed for privacy (the room was at grounffloor, room and bath size were minial but efficient (the room was basic type)”

Location is great with local bars, restaurants, bakers etc within a 2-min walk, or 10-15-mins walk to most tourist areas, or next to tram stop and main taxi routes if you want to go further... Remote Check-in process is professional and easy, everything you need (except milk) is supplied, quality fittings, immaculate finish and condition throughout, loads of space for……

“What a lovely hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated and are very spacious. We stayed for the Easter weekend and they extended breakfast hours, had Easter treats in the room and celebrated Easter with cakes. The staff were really helpful and the location was fantastic. 5 mins from the old town square and Wawel castle but surrounded by a beautiful park. I would definitely stay here again.”
