“The lady working the check in desk could use some training, she didn’t give us very good directions and she wrote the incorrect room number (ours) on someone else’s card sleeve because they were trying to get in our room and they showed us the key sleeve and it had our room number on it!! They went back to the desk and come to find out that they were in the room next door?”

“Although hotel has jsut renovated, there is no shampoo provided in the room, it's by request! No hair dryer, no hanger provided, no kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. The facility is poor. Hotel staff is not very helpful.”
