“這家飯店的隔音真的非常差，只要你在房間時就一定可以聽到兩邊房間的說話聲，樓上的腳步聲，門外製冰機的引擎聲，基本上是幾乎沒有隔音，住了3晚根本無法好好的睡。 唯一覺得不錯的就是浴室地板有地暖。因為是第一次去所以也不知道要住哪裡，這裡房價一天$700，去逛了一下發現其實很多都比這裡有好的飯店而且還更便宜”

“酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。”

“Very cute house in Tahoe, just too bad I picked a time when there was no snow on the ground. It snowed the day we left. This place had everything we needed and is fully stocked. The hot tub was great and was used 2 times a day. One of the burners on the stove didn't work which made it hard when cooking, but we made due. Also, the hot tub cover holder was broken but we had 2 strong guys that were able to pull it on and off, but could be a problem if you are not strong. We had so much fun here and……

“Myself and 7 other guests stayed in their 4 bed 4 bath condo and it was amazing. We were welcomed by the staff with excellent service. The unit was flawless and all my guests were satisfied with the experience. Everything brand new, ample parking, quiet environment. We will certainly stay here again. Chandler and Dylan were great throughout our stay!”

“Overall management is quite good. The only regret is that the noise from the air conditioning and other equipment is rather loud, which affects the rest experience.”

“We had a wonderful time staying at Big Pines Mountain house. We were welcomed by friendly front desk staff and check in was quick. Room we got was on second floor with a partial view of mountains which we fully cherished. Room was spotless and comfortable. We also appreciate the amenities provided which made our stay more comfortable and location was also very convenient walking distance to everything.”
