“We booked a deluxe bungalow. It says it has 2 queen beds 1 twin single and 1 fold out sofa bed. It did not. It had 1 queen and 1 twin. When I queried they said they do have have a bungalow with 2 queens and that they will bring a second roll or twin bed. Advertising needs to change needs to change as it is false. Woolworths is right across the road which is handy. Quiet and bungalow was comfy enough but dated. ”

“房間有日久失修的感覺, 地氈修邊已經破爛, 暖爐插蘇損毀, 洗澡企缸漏水等。 地點反而不錯, 走10分鐘可以到Takapuna市區, 離Devonport約10分鐘車程。 可以改善的地方是龍頭建議使用混合水掣。”

“The hotel room is comparatively small in size, without a formal wardrobe. The shower room is without door, so we had to be very careful during showering, otherwise water would splash outside the shower room, even though there is trench drainage installed. Also, the wash basin is very small, unavoidably leading to the splashing of water on the floor. The above plus the slippery bathroom tiles made me slip on the floor. As stated in the reservation record issued by the Hotel.com. as a Silver……
