“There seems to be 3 rooms being rented and I think rooms 1 & 2 share a bathroom. Room 3 had its own bathroom. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Nice tile floor and shower but paint was sloppy. Picture sent to us is very different than the actual look of the place in landscaping, color and roof line so we weren't sure we had the right place until the code worked on the door. Self check in. You may or may not see a manager.”

“The room was as advertised unit actually smaller than I had imagined. The room was clean and had the appropriate amenities except that the closet was not usable as there was a table that was placed in the closet such that clothes could not be hung. I suggest rearranging the closet and remove the table so that the closet is usable.”

“Not a nice place. Not even enough toilet tissue. Very poor directions and poorly and mis marked so hard to find. Weird little neighborhood. Tiny and not comfortable.”

“This little efficiency is just steps from the beach in a very nice neighborhood. Denise was the perfect host— very accommodating when I asked for something. I would DEFINITELY stay here again! ”
